CITY MUSIC
The porteños, as they are called to the inhabitants of the port city of Buenos Aires, mostly descendants of Italian immigrants and Spaniards who left part of their
roots to settle in Europe since the late nineteenth and early twentieth century in Argentina.
The Italian with his melancholy and Spanish with its Flemish converged on the tango, nostalgic, romantic and arrabalero that began as music of blacks meaning "go-as" the sound of drums.
TANGO
